Copy X2 note 3.zip to ur phone storage
Reboot into cwm
Perform a cwm backup
Wipe data/ factory reset
Wipe dalvik cache
Format system under mounts and storage option
Install zip then choose zip form internal sdcard
Select X2 note3.zip and click yes.
Then reboot
